Many of our "customer rescue" stories involve last minute emergencies.

A customer called late on a Friday night and informed us the harnesses we supplied - that was designed and approved by their engineers - would not work. We immediately picked up, modified the harnesses and returned them Saturday afternoon so their equipment could still be shipped that day.

In another emergency situation - because of such a short lead time - we drove all night to deliver products to our customer so their production line would not have to shut down.

And in the category of concern for our customers, our engineer and our owner flew across 2 states to discover “the problem” wasn’t related to our products. The company apologized and said we certainly Impressed them by going the extra “miles”, and they continue to be one of our best customers.
